All our orders are placed and processed directly on our website. Simply browse our collection, choose your favourite item, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart.

When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order enters the shipping process, we are unable to make changes to it.

🚚 Delivery

The item must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Contact our team through our support page with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

In order to keep our product prices as low and accessible as possible, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.
